Gary Beacher
Manager, Louisiana Region
Gary manages RMS' activities in the Louisiana Region. A 26-year veteran of industrial forestry management, Gary joined the company in 2006 after serving as International Paper’s Area Manager for Mississippi and Louisiana. At IP, he oversaw fiber supply to two primary mills and all forest management activities both in the Southeast and the Pacific Northwest. Gary earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Forestry from Texas A&M University. A Registered Forester in North Carolina and Mississippi, he is also an SAF Certified Forester. Gary is a member of the SAF, the Louisiana Forestry Association and the Mississippi Forestry Association. He serves on the Policy Committee of the Forest Resource Association’s South Central Region.
