Steven King
Portfolio Manager, International
With more than a decade of experience analyzing large, complex international investments in the Americas, Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific, Steven brings a wealth of expertise to RMS' international asset management team. Steven joined RMS in 2009 following several years on the business development team at Rayonier Inc. and six years appraising timberlands with two internationally recognized consulting firms, James W. Sewall Company and Jaakko Pöyry Consulting. While with Jaakko Pöyry Consulting, Steven lived and worked overseas for five years, including London, Australia and New Zealand. At RMS, Steven is responsible for developing and implementing fund strategies, evaluating acquisition and disposition opportunities, and managing client relationships for RMS’ international assets. He received a master's degree in Forestry with a focus in Forest Business from the University of Georgia and a bachelor's degree in Forestry from the University of Florida.
