Steven King
Portfolio Manager, International
Steven brings a wealth of expertise to our international asset management. He joined RMS is 2009 and has spent more than a decade analyzing large, complex international investments in the Americas, Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific. Before joining RMS, Steven served on the business development team at Rayonier Inc. His background includes six years of appraising timberlands with James W. Sewall Company and Jaakko Pöyry Consulting – two internationally recognized consulting firms. While at Jaakko Pöyry, he lived and worked overseas for five years, including projects in London, Australia and New Zealand. At RMS, Steven is responsible for developing and implementing fund strategies, evaluating acquisition and disposition opportunities, and managing client relationships for RMS’ international assets. He earned his master's degree in Forestry with a focus in Forest Business from the University of Georgia and his bachelor's in Forestry from the University of Florida.
