Lisa Cross
Sr. VP, Human Resources

Prior to joining RMS as Director of Human Resources in 2006, Lisa had worked in the employment area, both in a corporate Human Resources setting and as an attorney representing corporations in employment matters. Lisa oversees all employee matters at RMS, including payroll and benefits. She also serves as Corporate Compliance Officer. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University and her Juris Doctor from University of Dayton School of Law. She is a member of the Alabama Bar and of the Society of Human Resources Managers.
