Jimmy Kuhn
Sr. VP, Resource Planning and Technology
Jimmy is head of RMS Forest Resource Planning and Information Technology Group. His team supports all RMS property management, property acquisition and disposition, investment and consulting efforts with the latest technology for forest science and forest management. In addition, his group is responsible for all computer systems used by RMS. Jimmy was instrumental in the creation and development of RMS forest planning computer system; he also maintained forest inventories and developed long-term property management plans for RMS institutional clients. He serves as secretary of the RMS Investment Committee and is a member of the RMS Board of Managers. Jimmy joined RMS in 1994 after 11 years in forest industry. He received his Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 1981 and his Master of Forestry from Mississippi State University in 1985. He is an Alabama Registered Forester and a member of the Society of American Foresters.
